Prepare six stories, practise out loud, and have questions of your own.
Most questions are asking for a story from your past. Prepare about six that cover teamwork, a problem you solved, a mistake you learned from, a time you led, a disagreement and something you are proud of.
Saying an answer is different from thinking one. Practise with a friend, a mirror or the mock interviews in JobEasi, and time yourself: most answers should be about two minutes.
Prepare two or three: how success is measured in the first months, what the team is working on, and what the next steps are.
Pick two or three job titles you can honestly argue for, and search for those.
