Building a resume people finish reading

One page, clear sections, and results instead of duties.

Keep the shape simple

  • Name and contact details at the top, with one link that shows your work.
  • Experience first, newest first. Education below, unless you are a recent graduate.
  • A short skills list of tools you really use.

Write results, not duties

"Responsible for support tickets" says what the job was. "Cut average reply time from two days to one" says what you did. Start each bullet with a verb and add a number where you honestly can.

Only claim what is true

Everything on your resume can come up in an interview. Leave out skills you cannot talk about for two minutes. JobEasi works the same way: it only uses facts you have confirmed, and a missing skill shows as a gap, never as an invention.
